Pre-registration for PVSEC-21 is now closed. Participants are requested to register at the
on-site registration desk on the day of the Conference.
Banquet tickets have been sold out and will not be available on-site.

Deadline for Pre-Registration: November 21, 2011 (extended)

The deadline dates are based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

After November 21, 2011, On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the period of PVSEC-21. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Conference Site.

 

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, please send a written notification of cancellation to the Registration Office as early as possible. Refund will be made after the following cancellation fee and bank transfer fee are deducted. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the Conference.

When written notice of cancellation received:

Until October 31, 2011 :

25% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge

From November 1, 2011 :

100% of the registration fee (No refund)
